Pros:

Ample car parking space.
Location was good.
Room was spacious

Cons:

Room No 307.
TV not working , then made to work. Picture glaring . No response from them.
Washbasin pipe leaking and the pipe was more flexible that it was not going to home posistion. ( centre posistion)

Good locality, reasonable tariff and spacious room.
Pros:

The location is good, being in the proximity of the bus terminus and shops. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The staff should have been a little more flexible as far as the time of check-in and check-out is concerned.

Pros:

The rating on booking.com has 5stars but is actually a 3 star. For short visits and overnight stays this works out to be a great location for easy bus access. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Was expecting a 5 star that was the only disappointment.

Nice Stay.
Pros:

Adequate dining facility. You must try their Kamban Koozh, a very healthy local porridge. Good quality dinner and breakfast.
Spacious parking lot for guests.

Cons:

While there is a large parking lot available for guest, the lane to access on the side of parking lot a bit narrow. Also traffic is dense in this area and I missed the lane a couple of times. They must keep a sign board showing where to turn into for the parking lot of the hotel. I will stay here again, if I visit Salem.

Pros:

- Very spacious room.
- Excellent location opposite the new bus stand with some good restaurant options.
- Good filter coffee.

- Old style hotel.
- Booking Uber from the room incorrectly routes the vehicle to the street behind.
