Big property with potential to be great. Near the airport. Shuttle service organised by the accommodation was good. Breakfast was nice.

We chose Casa Silva for our last night in Ecuador as we were flying up from Cuenca and had a very early flight to the US the next morning. We did not want our amazing trip to end at some generic airport hotel, nor did we want to deal with the 45-minute commute to/from Quito. We were exceedingly pleased to discover this gem of a property only about 20 minutes away from UIO. Our stay was way too short as we could easily have spent a few days bird watching and relaxing. We did however get to enjoy one beautiful evening walking the grounds and marveling at the eclectic collection of antiques and old photographs (one of the spaces is set up like a little museum!). We ate one of the better meals we had in all of Ecuador and the staff was so warm and friendly. They even packed us a little breakfast box since we had to leave for the airport at 4:00AM. Honestly, the best place to send us off from one of our favorite countries to date! Be mindful that this is a more remote/rural location. The hotel does offer transportation service but we also found Uber to work.

The peacefulness and relaxation

Peaceful and quiet. And lovely landscaping. Staff at the hotel arranged my transportation to and from the airport. Felt safe as a solo traveler and it was most cost effective. I chose here because I needed a clean place close to the airport to rest for few hours before my flight around midnight.

Nos gustó TODO, es un lugar de en sueño. Al entrar parece que estás entrando al paraíso, todos los trabajadores son súper prudentes y atentos para que todo salga a la perfección. Luisa que es la anfitriona gestionó el transporte, las comidas, las cenas, nunca tuvimos un no por respuesta. Su marido es el chef y tiene unas manos de oro, todo estaba buenísimo. Nos dejaron hacer late-check-out sin costo adicional. Lugar que repetiría sin lugar a dudas, muchas gracias por todo.

Super Service. Es wurde extra ein veganes Abendessen für mich zubereitet und auch das Frühstück.

This is a beautiful little hotel tucked into a quiet neighborhood. They have lovely grounds with flowers, plants and edible items. The rooms are comfortable and exactly as seen in the photos. Lots of hot water for the shower and sink, which was great. We found the bed comfortable as well. The restaurant is top notch. The chef uses fresh ingredients from the garden so the meals are simply wonderful. We had dinner as well as the included breakfast. Both meals were outstanding and the breakfast was so nice with fresh fruits, eggs and other tasty bits. We would have liked more time to enjoy the property, but we only had a 1 night stay booked between flights. The staff was lovely as well, making sure we had everything we needed for a good stay.

Amazing quaint country property with amazing food and even better staff. I can’t say enough about how Louisa and her staff looked after anything we needed.

Lo que más me gustó , es la tranquilidad de la finca y la rica comida , super elegante y rica . Recomiendo este lugar a todos y todas y está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Me a encantado ☺️.

This place is incredible, a real oasis especially before or after a flight with its proximity being just 25 minutes from the airport but fortunately you don’t get any noise from planes. The lady running the place is incredibly kind and really goes above and beyond to make sure the guests feel comfortable and happy. You can tell she really cares about guests experience. Their food is delicious and a lot of it directly from their garden, they also have stunning grounds you can explore with animals, an allotment and pool. Probably one of nicest places we’ve stayed so far.

The staff is exceptional, will coordinate all transportation to where you want to go since it really isn’t in a walkable area. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were superb. You will love it!

Absolutely beautiful property. Lush gardens featuring fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs used in preparing an excellent breakfast and the best dinner I had in Ecuador. I ordered it 2 nights in a row. Clean pool, hot shower, very comfortable room, and common areas with antiques. Quiet countryside feeling, but close to Quito airport. Family owned and operated, including dogs and chickens. Good wifi. Airport taxis arranged for me.
