Breakfast a little slow
Friendly helpful staff.
Location is great and the staff were lovely and kind and friendly .. very quiet area
The discarded boxes of tvs outside our apartment and bbq coals etc lying around weren’t what you’d expect from a nice getaway. Also the entrance stairwells to the apartment were in need of a clean as there were alot of cobwebs, spiders and dust etc
Also needs a freshen up of paint and small things like broken door locks and handles need attention . At nighttime when we wanted to get the kids to sleep all that could be heard was banging doors and it is no reflection on our neighbours as the doors all slammed closed even in our own apartment but it was very annoying as was the noise from the many cats on site.
Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, grounds well maintained outside.
Bar more for food, rather than sitting for a drink. Water in shower cold first thing in the morning.
The walks and views
Very disappointed with the service, staff need more training, the room did not get re stocked with basics such as toilet rolls, clean glasses, tissues.
I stayed one night with my family, we were spread over the complex in a number of rooms. We had a lovely breakfast and staff in the dining area were lovely. They were polite and attentive. The grounds and views were lovely and there was a play area for younger children
I dropped an Earring in my room and pushed the bed over very slightly to retrive it. I was disgusted to see a used condom under the bed especially as my granddaughter was helping me look for the earring. Not good enough Castle Dargan
It was beautiful in lovely surroundings
The shower could have been cleaner dirty grout on the tiles and 1 tile broken and the skirting board broken in places and it would have been nice if a fan in the room
Grounds are lovely. Loved the walk around the land
