Would not recommend at the price and would call the hotel 3 star
Pros:

The breakfast on the second day was very slow. Had to wait 45 minutes for ordered food to be served.

Cons:

More attention to detail. Poe space in wardrobe and only 3 hangers. No fridge in room. Breakfast not that good.

Very helpful staff
Pros:

Reception staff were super. Two cars had parked in the EV Charger spot and they routed through the sign ins to find the person and they moved straight away. We couldn't get the heating to work in the apartment and they sent someone to check

The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Food very tasty and good price. Decor in room very nice

Cons:

Dirty towels left on our bathroom floor. Slippers opened. Robes not ironed. Noisy outside Sally Gardens room in morning with work being carried out. Some parts of bar area need touched up with paint and cold for doing

Pros:

Staff,breakfast, and golf

Cons:

Stayed in house across from reception, dead spiders x2 on carpet. Heat didn't work in room, except bathroom. Cobwebs on ceilings.. workmen outside window for entire stay,using heavy machinery. No rest for us both ,total disaster.

Pros:

The location. Room_size of it. The water in the room and water stations where you could top up bottle. The breakfast was lovely. Friendly staff. My treatments in the spa were excellent. Mia very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Sauna not working. Told to come back in the morning and I could use the thermal suite. But at 10.30 certain facilities weren't ready to be used.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Quiet location.

Cons:

I could hear the residents next door. Wasn't a problem when I was trying to sleep, but could hear all the baby cries etc throughout the evening.
