No rest
Pros:

The location and staff was very helpfull

Cons:

We stayed over the weekend people was making lots of noise having a big birtday party in the room right next to us. At 2 when i finally had enough i contacted the reception, she come and quite them. But they started off again very early. The facilitys was also very limited and the we found our bedding was badly stained and they just put it on the bed upside down.

No discipline
Cons:

The guests were extremely noisy and none of the staff came to discipline them.. They walk on corridors and make noise around 3am in front of rooms

Overall - not happy...
Pros:

The location is good. Especially if you are coming through to Kimberley on a late night, it's also fairly close to the hotspots. The rooms are big. Staff were fine.

Cons:

Whilst the rooms are spacious, I woke up with bed bug bites the next day :(... I'm not sure if the sheets were washed. The room didn't smell good either. We did arrive and book late as it was a last minute stay, but this should still not be the case.

Not somewhere we would stay again
Pros:

The location was nice and convenient as it was quite central.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, we could feel the mattress springs digging into our back
Bedding was stained with brown marks, both on the sheets and the duvets
Towels were faded
Found cockroach in the room
