Pros:

Good location, fair price, room well-equipped

Cons:

There was an electricity outage until 5 PM the day we arrived, so we could not pay by card upon arrival, could not use the bathrom, or anything in the room whatsoever. It turned out that power outage is usual here, happens regularly. At the front desk, however, they provided no relevant information regarding this issue... We also had to ask the front desk several times to turn the heating on...it was shut down in the entire building.
Also, the breakfast only starts at 8 AM. My train departed at 8 AM, too (this is why I chose this hotel, to be close to the station). The receptionist promised me the day before that I can have breakfast a bit earlier, but it turned to be a lie, the restaurant was locked at 7.30.

All in all, not a bad hotel, the room/location is fine, but you always have the feeling that the staff simply lies to you...very strange experience.

Pros:

駅に近いということで朝早い電車に乗るために利用しました。駅が見えるほど近く、裏には市場やスーパーもありロケーションは完璧です。食べる場所にも困らなかったです。
またスタッフもとても親切でエレベーターはなかったけれど部屋まで運んでくれました。
部屋も色々泊まった中で一番値段も安いのにも関わらず新しくキレイな部屋でした。電車に乗るなら本当におすすめです。

Pros:

The hotel is located very close to the train station (about 5 minutes walk), which is great for those who want to travel by high-speed trains. The room was quiet and well equipped. The hotel staff were always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast was quite sufficient - cheeses, salami, eggs, fruit, sweet rice, etc. - was from about 07:30. However, when we needed to leave for a trip earlier, it was no problem to arrive at 07:00. The price of a taxi to the center was 30-40,000 Sum (about 3 USD).

深夜抵达，门脸不大，火车站出来估计就5分钟吧。位置很好。酒店很新，设施也不错。早餐丰富，装修有品味，睡着也安静。非常推荐。

Very good place with everything around the corner.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is great. The location is within walking distance of the train station, which is perfect if you have a late arrival or early departure by train. It’s very clean and neat, with all the shops you need just downstairs.
If you enjoy eating like the locals and shopping where they do, everything is just around the corner—and very cheap.

“You can easily visit places of interest using Yandex—it’s very cheap in SGD, just around $1+++.
