I needed suitable conditions to finish some work and Riva Boutique hotel met all my expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast had a firm basis, with variations on some days. It was of good quality and diversity.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Receptionists were kind and helpful.

Cons:

One could hear trams passing from the street-side room. The staff kindly enabled me to move to a requested room on the other side of the building.
