The restaurant out front made very good meals.

Accueil excellent, le propriétaire est disponible et prêt à aider. Il m'a réservé un scooter à un prix correct et ainsi j'ai pu visiter différents sites (Bouddha sculpté d'ans le granit, magnifique. Cascade impressionnante).
L'établissement fait restaurant, bonne cuisine et petit-déjeuner j'ai demandé petit-déjeuner Sri-Lankais excellent et copieux. Je recommande très vivement.

Next to a beautiful river which we had a lovely morning swim in. has a restaurant. Close to local food. Quiet spot. Nice family. Good aircon. Good wifi.

У нас был отдельный домик - было чисто, белое белье, никто не докучал. Можно заказать обед и ужин. Хозяин молодой парень. В душевой только мыло, но это в основном везде так на Шри Ланке ( Планировали на ночь, но остались на две. Есть балкончик для времяпрепровождения вечером. По крыше гоняют бурундуки, но нас это не смущало, спали как убитые ) Кондиционер работает исправно.

Tamarind Tree House is truly a hidden gem for anyone looking to escape into nature without sacrificing comfort. The room we stayed in was beautiful—spacious, cozy, and had a charming view of a small waterfall right outside the window. Waking up to the sound of flowing water was incredibly calming and made the whole experience feel serene and refreshing.

The service was warm and attentive, with the staff going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay.

That said, a little extra attention to maintenance would take this place from great to exceptional. Some areas could use a bit of upkeep to match the overall charm of the property. But honestly, it didn’t take away much from the experience—we still had a fantastic time.

Highly recommended for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to unwind close to nature!

Stayed in the bungalow which had a nice balcony in the back. This was a quiet room. Watched the moneys playing in the trees in the morning. Parking on the property was good.
