Estadia confortável e bem localizada
Pros:

Praticamente tudo, mas principalmente o quarto que era maravilhoso! Tinha uma suite separada e a sala com sofá cama. Bem espaçoso. Hotel lindo, com ótima localização. Da pra ir a pé para o pier de Santa Monica e para a Third Street Promenade. Conseguimos early checkin por sermos Hilton Honors Gold e isso ajudou muito, pois chegamos bem cedo.

Cons:

Estacionamento muito caro (60 dólares a diária), mas tem um Public Parking exatamente em frente ao hotel que cobra 15 dólares a diária. Também acho que, pelo valor da diária, o hotel poderia oferecer café da manhã. Não consegui aproveitar o benefício de ser Hilton Honors Gold e ganhar voucher para o café da manhã porque fiz a reserva pelo Booking. Fiquei bem chateada. Só dão o benefício se a reserva for feita diretamente com o hotel.

Tranquilidad.

Cons:

El recepcionista (hombre) era muy antipático y desagradable. Creo que fue lo peor de todas las experiencias de mi vida. Recepción es donde uno comienza su estadía y muy importante. No volveremos a este hotel. En el baño (WC), después de hacer correr el agua, sonaba un sonido agudo feo y fuerte hasta que llenara el tanque cada vez. Muy desagradable y ruidoso especialmente en la noche.
