Wir empfanden das Pan Pazifik als ein perfektes Hotel. Der Service, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Zimmer und die Lage, einfach perfekt. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, mit sehr schönen Ausblick. Our 4-day, 3-night stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta was a wonderful experience. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality from the team. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable.
My wife stayed here while I was working, and the team went above and beyond to ensure she was well looked after. The service was consistently professional, thoughtful, and made her feel welcomed throughout her stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing, and the views are simply stunning. Every interaction with the staff reflected their commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.

An absolutely state-of-the-art experience from start to finish. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast service is equally outstanding, with food that is genuinely delicious. A special mention must go to Irfan, whose name truly says it all—he understands the very essence of hospitality. Overall, this level of service is hard to top.
The views over the city are spectacular, as the rooms are situated on the 83rd floor and above. The restaurant and breakfast experience on the 90th floor are equally remarkable; you can even watch the chef prepare a six-course meal right in front of you. It simply doesn't get any better than this.
Very hard to find anything to complain about, honestly.
Maybe would be nice to have some business/office facilities (if you need to print or scan something etc.)
The room was very clean, location exceptional, the view from the room exceptional!! And the staff were amazing, couldn’t ask for more !! Well done Pan Pacific !!!!
