Cons:

I stayed at Pan Pacific Jakarta from 14 to 17 December 2025 to visit my brother and his wife (they were on a lower floor, I was higher up - great city views!).
The room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location in Thamrin Nine is very convenient.
Unfortunately, the staff - especially the female staff at reception and common areas - were not friendly. They rarely smiled, looked uninterested, and their attitude felt cold and indifferent, like they didn’t really care about guests. It made the stay less enjoyable.
Hotel has good potential, but needs better staff warmth and training. Might consider again if service improves.

For anyone who is looking to leave some good memories, Pan Pacific Jakarta is the place to go
Pros:

You should not book this if you don’t like warm hospitality, getting well taken care of and creating good memories. Had one of the best stay I’ve ever had at Pan Pacific Jakarta. We decided to spend our Valentine’s Day this year at Pan Pacific Jakarta before heading to Bali. The Pacific Club did not disappoint. The team contacted me before hand as I’ve indicated special occasion celebration. They even told me to send them photos so they can print out and decorate the room. Check in was comfortable at the Pacific club located at Level 90. We were warmly greeted by Van and Indah once we reach the Pacific Club. View was stunning albeit the poor visibility. Was a shame that the Eden’s bar was closed for private event on this special evening. However, Van took really good care of the both of us throughout the evening cocktail. Special shoutout to John as he makes some of the best cocktails ! Room was beautifully decorated and my partner was really surprised by it. For anyone who is looking to leave some good memories, Pan Pacific Jakarta definitely made it on the list. Once again, big shoutout to Van and Pacific Club team for taking such good care of us during our stay!

Some staff were great, some came accross badly bu chasing you around for monies, even when take deposits and hold your credit card on the system. Restaurants service was basic for a 5*
