I had a disappointing experience at Alrazi Hotel. The room was extremely hot, and despite multiple requests, the staff refused to turn on the central air-conditioning. The breakfast was very poor in quality and variety. The hotel's location also makes it difficult to get around using public transportation. Check-in was unnecessarily slow and time-consuming. Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money — with the amount I paid, I could have stayed in a much nicer place. I would not recommend it.

*The hotel offers spa and massages, however, we had an appointment at 20:00 for a hammam and a 60-minute massage and were waiting more than one hour, and still wasn't our time. They tried to delay with all sorts of excuses, but in the end they admitted, that some of the customers wanted to extend their massage so they just let us wait, If we wodn't leave, after waiting for more than one hour we would wait one hour more )we saw when those people came out).
*AC was not reliable and was not working 1/3 of the time, which is not good if there is 35 degrees outside
*They offer a valley service because the traffic there is pure chaos. The valley is extremely rude, and when he brought the car back, it was damaged on one side. After a confrontation, he was yelling at us, so I went to the reception guy. He went with me to check the damage (I showed him the pictures before I left the car with them and how it looks now). He said, that's nothing, you can clean this away, and he left, even though, the damage is 40cmx40cm big and needs to be repainted.
*I'm staying at approx 30 hotels per year (business), and this was the worst breakfast I had. All the juices were warn, not in the fridge, the same goes for the butter and other milk products. There was no water to drink and the choice was very, very poor.
