Decent upscale ish hotel in central CDO
Pros:

We were only here for a quick overnight stay and arrived around 11:30pm and were checked out by 7:30am the next morning, but the room itself was plenty comfy for the price. Air con took a bit to figure out and was apparently impossible to turn off? Shower was hot, bed was comfy, breakfast buffet was “ok”…. Good selection of food and drinks but not a single thing was what I would call even warm much less hot

Cons:

As others have mentioned there is a super foul smell that comes out when using the bidet. If you don’t use the bidet you don’t encounter this smell, but we also smelled the sewer smell when using the hand sink to wash our hands. We were on the 6th floor so I was hoping this would not be the case for us but it was definitely real. The staff also did not seem to be extremely personable or friendly but yet again I was only there for just under 8 hours so that may not be a fair assessment

HORRIBLE BREAKFAST.
Pros:

I like the hotel. I mean it's just like your usual hotel. Nothing fancy.

The wifi is good.

Cons:

The breakfast is HORRIBLE.

Every breakfast in this hotel is essentially about EGGS and all the ways that eggs can be cooked. I stayed for six days, so imagine eating eggs every day for six days.

I am allergic to eggs except the organic ones (and their eggs are not organic). Also, you can eat only so much egg. Every day this hotel serves eggs cooked in various ways. There's some bread (bad), a bit of fruit (the same every day), and soup (also egg-based). Everything else is about eggs. There are days when they add something else to their egg menu, but the dish or two that they add without eggs are all processed food (e.g., sausage, spam - the cheap and bad tasting kind).

I will not return to this hotel again. It's not worth it.

I booked 7 standard twin bed for our stay from April 16 to 20. But unfortunately we were given a 1 matrimonial bed per room. I told them that the room i booked was for 2 bed/room. They told us they were fully booked but i booked these rooms last Dec. 2025. How come the rooms were not the one we booked? I was really disappointed. I requested a transfer but only 1 room with two beds was given to us. Also the hot water was a problem, almost all the rooms we got has no hot water. 👎👎👎

Overall good, just dont use the bidet

New building, new room and bathroom

I dont like The smell inside the building and room. The water in toilet /bidet smells like sewer. This is my second time in hammerson, same experiencr
