It was my worst stay experience, not recommended at all, even for lower price!
Cons:

I had a very bad experience there, the building is located in a university and the security of the university didn’t let us go in by car, so we had to find a parking place in a very crowded area and it took 20 minutes to go the on foot with our luggage in a cold weather, and they just said that it’s not our responsibility!!!!!!
There was even a bottle of water and glasses there, so I went to market to buy something for making a coffee or tea, when I came back I opened the Kettel, it was full of dirt that I couldn’t use it!
