Pros:

El personal amable, la habitación grande y luminosa . La cama cómoda, tiene servicio a la habitación y personal atento .

Cons:

Situación personal: con mis problemas de alergias solo pude probar café en el desayuno , ya que como toda la India la comida es muy condimentada. Por eso salí a desayunar afuera cosas que no me provocaran alergias. En todo el pueblo o cuidad durante el día hay cortes de luz , ten en cuenta eso si quieres visitar Rishikesh. En mi estadía se cortó varias veces la luz y volvía en minutos .

Very poor experience at Perfect Stayz Tapovan — slow service, shower not working, peeling walls.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at Perfect Stayz Tapovan, Rishikesh. The service here is extremely slow and poorly managed. We asked for something as basic as drinking water, and even after waiting 15 minutes it never arrived. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide a comfortable stay.

The room maintenance is also very poor. The walls in the room had peeling paint and bubbling patches, which made the room look neglected and poorly maintained (attaching photo for reference). It clearly shows that basic upkeep is not taken seriously.

There were also parking issues, and finding a place to park was unnecessarily stressful. Proper parking arrangements should be ensured for guests.

Another frustrating issue was the lack of basic room amenities. The booking was for three people, yet the room was not properly prepared — three towels were not provided, and even three glasses were missing. Guests should not have to repeatedly request such basic necessities.

Overall, the hotel seems poorly managed, understaffed, and not attentive to guest comfort. Between the slow service, maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities, the stay was far from pleasant.

I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in service, cleanliness, and management.
