Pros:

Hotel antigo mas bem conservado. Funcionários bem treinados e muito gentis. O tempo todo procurando agradar e atender as expectativas. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

No jantar, serviram batatas fritas murchas. Panaceia que eram velhas. Mas foi só essa a parte negativa

Estadia com atendimento excelente e refeições muito boas, porém com estrutura defasada e falta de it
Pros:

Apesar dos problemas na estrutura, gostamos do atendimento — a equipe do hotel é muito boa. O jantar e o café da manhã também estavam excelentes.

Cons:

Não gostamos da estadia. O elevador não estava funcionando, o que dificultou o acesso. O banheiro é antigo, as portas ainda usam chave e não há ar-condicionado — por sorte não estava calor, mas seria um problema em dias quentes. Esperávamos uma estrutura melhor.

O sentido de ser um CNPJ com alma humana.
Pros:

O ponto alto é o atendimento. Todos são extremamente gentis, compete de igual para igual com a comida, o chef é um expert no tempero, no preparo, na apresentação, fora que é educado e simpático. Os garçons são nota 1000. A recepção foi super cordial. Não teve senão. Senti falta do ar condicionado, que, diante dos pontos positivos, foi irrelevante.

Nada me desagradou .

Grata surpresa! Escolhemos o hotel para pernoitar durante uma viagem para o litoral com uma bebê de 8 meses. O local é bonito e bem cuidado. Possui uma ótima estrutura externa, com piscinas, jardins e área de lazer. Restaurante com opções saborosas para almoço e jantar. Café da manhã gostoso, embora com pouca variedade (talvez por ser meio de semana). Quarto grande e confortável. Mas o grande destaque é o atendimento: todos os funcionários são muito educados, cordiais, prestativos e simpáticos. Certamente retornarei ao hotel não apenas para pernoitar, mas para passear com a família e curtir o local!

Cons:

O único destaque negativo é que o elevador estava estragado.

Os funcionários são prestativos e solícitos, em especial o Carlos, da recepção! Excelente profissional! As instalações são excelentes, a limpeza impecável! Foi uma experiência maravilhosa!

Cons:

A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o serviço de quarto, referente a lanches no período noturno. Infelizmente não tinha muitas opções, em especial pra criança, pois faltavam muitos ingredientes no cardápio.
