the cancel my booking and ask for advance payment for confirm booking even booking.com allow us to book hotel without pay so whats the mean of that line. its waste of time and staff is so rudeless they called and ask me to give 2000 more so they cann give room else no. its hopeless service

Pros:

Nothing is good. Worst experience ever. I am saying again and again, do not book this property. Even if whole Indore is completely booked just don’t book this property.

Cons:

The images shown are deceiving. Rooms are very dirty, full of dust and the rooms are way too small than actually shown. Next, there were no towels provided. Poor staff and client handling. The person at the reception desk was soo rude that even after booking for my breakfast initially said there’s no breakfast for you. Horrible experience. Worst was that next morning when we went for breakfast there was nothing!!!! When we asked they said we have sandwiches only. So we asked to bring and then after eating we realised that something was fishy. The bread which was served was stale and full of fungus!!! Later when we called the property owner, instead of saying sorry or acknowledging he said I’ll sue you because the bread was brought from Reliance store. And started yelling on us, without even caring to what happened. Even if this is the last property in Indore, just don’t book it. Try to sleep on road that’ll be much better!!!

Hotel needs to shut down. Extremely poor

Everything. The linen, coffee cups, kettle, curtains everything was dirty. Tv and ac weren’t working
Nor did they have hot water service above all they lied to have it, despite paying for 3n of bath tub we couldn’t even use it once in cold weather neither the shower. Bathroom had a disgusting stench despite cleaning it. Extremely rude staff. No proper breakfast communication and really bad attitude and service. When I tried to speak with them about no amenities available, they cancelled my booking on the platform. Made me and my mother feel unsafe by cancelling.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel in Indore, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff — especially Tushar. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. From promptly addressing requests to greeting guests with a genuine smile, Tushar’s professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference and added a personal touch to my stay.
Thanks to the supportive staff and excellent service, my time here was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indore and look forward to staying here again in the future.
