Disappointed and could not recommend.

The wifi was out of order for days - too long to fix. The hot water was out of order for days - too long to fix. There was no small table or chair in the room. There was no wardrobe or luggage rack.

zeer behulpzaam personeel en een goede service, maar met enkele comfort- en geluidsproblemen.
Pros:

Het personeel van Go Hotel Dumaguete is zonder twijfel een grote troef. Iedereen was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen we merkten dat de toiletbril stuk was, werd dit meteen vervangen. Ook toen de airco in onze kamer niet werkte, kregen we spontaan en zonder discussie een andere kamer toegewezen. Dat werd echt gewaardeerd.

Cons:

Toch waren er ook enkele minpunten die ons verblijf minder aangenaam maakten. Er was vaak lawaai in de gangen, zowel van personeel als van andere hotelgasten. Daarnaast waren er grote werken naast het hotel die vooral ook ’s nachts doorgingen, wat voor veel geluidsoverlast zorgde. In de eerste kamer hing bovendien een duidelijke geur van vocht.
Verder vonden we de bedden niet echt comfortabel en was de verlichting in de badkamer vrij beperkt. De kamers zijn ook erg klein, wat het verblijf wat minder praktisch maakt.

Overall my stay was good.
Pros:

Convenient, close to Shopping Centre and transportations.

Cons:

Shower(broken) has no heater need to be fix and toilet is cramped.
Towels look like rag(dirty).

So far it is ok, value for money,location.

The location since it is beside by the mall and near the terminal.

They don't have cabinet to store clothes, also no table for work station,although they have the foldable table but it is damage.

Overalll it was OK.
Pros:

The location was excellent next to the Robinsons Mall. The staff was very frienly and accomodating to our needs. There was a restaurant attached that was convenient and inexpensive.

Cons:

The room was smaller then expected and from the photos indicated on the website. There was no drawers or cabinets to put our clothes or suitcases.
