セレスバスターミナル、ロビンソンに隣接していて、歩いて行くことができる　
街の中心部からも近い

Cons:

私の泊まった部屋はトイレとシャワーの仕切りが外してあり、水浸しになってしまう

I will continue to stay here when visiting Dumaguete
Pros:

Excellent location , the room is a decent size ...not overly large , but a lot bigger than most rooms at this price .
Great water pressure and hot water .
WiFi in the room ...with stable connection and good speed .

Cons:

The lighting in the CR is very dim , you need to open the door and turn on the hall light to shave .
There is some construction going on behind the hotel ,but they hold off until later in the morning ....not too early .
