I liked everything about my stay.
Everything exceeded my expectations

The view and the design of the executive flat that we reserved were stunning.
The Pakis raja coffee cafe was very good.
The activities of resort like the little hike to the water fall, the shooting range, and the kedai view area were great.
The ATV adventure was fun even though my ATV was really bad and broken and old, but if you decide to do the ATV adventure, don't take the little children with you because it's really unsafe. The concept of safety is a little bit lost on the organizers of the ATV adventure.
The resort provided dedicated shuttles and employees to take you wherever wanted to go inside the resort.
The employees were so nice and friendly.
The room had a microwave, but no plates or bowls. We had to contact the front desk through the only way of contact, which was the WhatsApp, to get some bowls so we could use the microwave.
For those who have difficulty walking or are lacking fitness, the resort is gonna be very challenging due to the stairs and extremely steep hills.
The restaurant didn't really meet our expectations it was ok but not great. But the breakfast was good.
There was no playground for kids in whole resort.
If you want to go to the pool, you have to take your towels with you.
Finally, the thing that really upset me was the very poor sound insulation of the room, which i believe is not there at all. It was quite embarrassing trying to find an explanation to my 4 year old child, the 18+ sounds that were coming from the next door room.
I had to raise the volume of my TV in order to hide the background sounds of the couple next door.
The next night, there was a party at the Kedai view area, which was easily over 300 m or 400 m away from our room. However, it was so loud we couldn't sleep even though we closed the doors, windows, and curtains. I contacted the front desk, and they were nice enough to ask the party organizers to reduce the volume of the loud speakers. I could still hear the music but was really embarrassed to ask them again because i didn't want to be party ruining guy.
That party didn't stop until midnight.

Bel emplacement pour cet très bel établissement fréquenté par de nombreux voyageurs du moyen orient et notamment d’Arabie saoudite avec de beaux jardins et une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Le personnel est très accueillant.
Seul point négatif : un petit déjeuner avec un choix limité au buffet et une carte de dîner sommaire.
Very well arranged landscape with a stunning view, all staff are very helpfull & public facilities is well managed
We stay in dome accomodation, unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell inside (similar to damp & dusty smell) that may caused from lack of ventilation, although we open all the ventilation, still the smell is remain inside.. the transparent membrane also blurry so it's quite hard to see the view from inside..
Great location in Bintaro, food selection great and friendly staff.
Gym was good could do with more equipment.
The area is beautiful, very well maintained and worth to visit it
I would not recommend to stay overnight there, because the rooms are reachable over narrow paths and many stairs only. An absolutely nogo for people who cannot walk very well.
The view and ambience was all perfect
There was a road closure due to road repairment which locals said will take ~2 months (we visited in late Oct) hence we needed to figure out other routes to reach the resort which locals offered to guide but it was too steep and we took another turn to look for another route (eventually took additional 45mins…)

Eventhough my Villa not really clear view but we re happy beside the Damar Dining / Restaurants. But if you stay one night, dont forget to Trekking to Auzora waterfall(curug) then take a coffee in The Kedai. You can see the Best View on top 🤩🤩🤩
The Car Service. When we need to move one place to another we just wait for pick up by resort car.
The Restaurants : dont forget to try Nasi Bakar Komplit & Nasi Goreng Lidah Cabe Ijo if you sit in Damar Langit Dining.
If you just want to chit chat and relax so take their Glass House or Pakis Coffee.
The Villa not complete with;
• TV channel 🫠 you should have your own Netflix account or you just playyed Youtube.
• Air condition (AC) in room. But thanks god at least theyre provide Air Cooler 😃
• small pantry without dinner plates etc
• the main door without window curtains so transparant everyone can see inside the villas
View was amazing
Food was very bad need too much improvement and need to improve the customer service as well
