Disorganized check in was a disaster i arrived early they would not store my bags i had to wait 4 hours with bags to check in room has no tv no toiletries open shower no safe no view
Place is so disorganized 3 different people took pictures of my passport
I had to give them 2000 p deposit

I booked this place awhile back for 3 days booking.com took my money but when i got here i had no reservation it was 2 am and i was stuck so i paid cash to get a room but I never did get a refund
Only the location and the pool with the ocean views
The room was very dirty and small. I doubt if they cleaned the room. There was man's underwear inside of the wardrobe. There are not enough cooking appliances to cook. The bed was creaking. It was not comfy enough. so many cockroaches as well!
They didn't give me my DEPOSIT back. And I also forgot to get it. so I messaged them next day about the deposit. They never answered me back!! I still want to get my deposit back! I don't usually leave the bad reviews as long as I have better service. I'm so disappointed they ignored me about my message.
Overall, It was the worst place to stay in Manila for me!
very near to the US Embassy which is main purpose in booking to stay
the property has No front desk. When i checked in, the Staff in d desk name Enrico Fernandez was rude and not accommodating. I did not know that the place I am going to don’t have a desk like the regular hotels to pull out my confirmation number and then assist me to my room. He mentioned to me to go back to booking.com but how? He was not sympathetic but very confrontational. Confrontational but did not provide solution. I was very disappointed but the location was perfect bcoz it was closed to the US Embassy which is my primary purpose.

the space inside is quite small. I think I got smallest property in high building ever I visited. yes there are shower kitchen and furniture and small aisle. yep. if it’s is for short limited
owner and staff were very accomodating.. Location was perfect for my purpose.. It was very near to the US Embassy..
.no kitchenware even the basic electric kettle.. only one cup is available..
