Ótima opção em Guayaquil
Pros:

Excelente apárt hotel em Guayaquil.
Muito lindo e completo bem no centro .
Funcionários muito prestativos, especialmente a Renata.

Cons:

Foi tudo perfeito. Apenas no checkout disseram que eu havia aberto um suco que estava na geladeira e tenho certeza que não abri. Paguei o suco mas achei estranho esse fato.

Pros:

I like that it was easy to get to. When an issue arose they were willing to assist.

Cons:

The hallways were dark and not lighted very well. The price on Booking.com was different than what I they were charging me for the room by $144. Hard beds. I mean Very hard beds.

Excelente
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, en especial la de Alfredo, quien estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros. Viajábamos con un bebé y su ayuda fue invaluable. El área social es impecable y muy agradable, y la habitación superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas.

Cons:

El internet estaba un poco lento y el desayuno puede mejorar, pero son cosas mínimas.

El alojamiento estaba lindo asi como en las fotos amplio las camas bien arregladas, limpio y cómodo el personal me ayudó con la reserva ya que yo había echo mal la reserva mediante la app pero ellos me hicieron las modificaciones necesarias y estoy muy agradecida por eso, muy eficientes en su trabajo

Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno bien simple que brindan en el hotel deberían de incluir en el desayuno al menos huevos o algo
