Comfortable and clean hotel but they dont care about customers requests
Pros:

Hotel was clean, aesthetically good and super comfortable. Hotel Staff is super friendly.

Cons:

I made a booking for 2 nights, after booking I had an emergency so I had to cancel one night. I requested a refund or reschedule to a further date. However my request wasn’t granted and they just took my money without refunding or anything. So I paid the price of 2 nights for 1 night. That’s not the correct way of doing business, refunding your customers should be the right way. Do whats best to accommodate the customer not just blatantly taking their money.

Felt very welcomed and supported.
Pros:

Very attentive and caring staff, beautiful and clean facilities. Free snacks brought to my room everyday.

Cons:

Cannot pick up items fallen in crevice under bed. Pool a bit small. Weak water pressure.

Pros:

Todo. Excelente limpieza, sábanas impecables, servicio muy personalizado, te dejan tentempié en la noche. La piscina está muy bien y tiene además un espacio en el que puedes trabajar en el tercer piso.

Cons:

Nada. Todo fue de mi agrado

Pros:

スタッフの感じが良い！帰りの飛行機の便が早朝発でしたが、事前に出発時刻を確認の上、荷物の持ち運びのお手伝いをしてくださりました。そのほか、毎日ウェルカムドリンクとお菓子の提供があることや、クリーニングも丁寧にされていて非常に好印象でした。部屋も綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました。

リンスがないので持参が必要。

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Limited food. Food stops being served after 2pm. After checking in was quite hungry and had to find somewhere to eat

Pros:

Sehr schön, sehr sauber. Wirklich hervorragend.

Cons:

Wenn es abends noch etwas atmosphärisch wäre, wäre es noch schöner. Ein Drink am Pool zum Beispiel. Aber das wäre natürlich schlecht für die, die ihre Zimmer am Pool haben.

Wspaniały pobyt w Seminyak
Pros:

Piękny mały hotel 🩷 Styl, czystość, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Wygodne łóżko, dobre śniadania. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny 🫶🏻

Cons:

Nic. Ale trzeba pamiętać że do głównych sklepów, czy nad ocean trzeba wziąć graba.

The staff were amazing.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and the property itself is beautiful.
A snack was brought to the room every evening which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall the main highlight was the staff, they were always present and attentive.

Great hotel in a queiter neighbourhood.
Pros:

The room was clean and cosy, the staff were always in good mood and extremely thoughful and helpful. I also really enjoyed the cosy inner yard. The hotel is situated close to some lovely cafes, restaurants and furniture shops.

Pros:

Very neat. Very clean. Very tranquil especially considering our horrible Uluwatu experience. They graciously accommodated us with an additional day to facilitate our leaving Uluwatu hotel early. It was close to the tattoo shop I researched so it was a good move for us.
