Für uns gibts einige Gründe, um wiederzukommen.
Pros:

Die Flem Mountain Lodge liegt Hotel komplett in einem Wohnquartier, was schon mal ein Plus in puncto Ruhe und Entspannung ist. Diese fanden wir in den liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern, auf der sonnigen Terrasse nach dem Skifahren, aber auch in den kleinen, einzigartigen Sauna im Garten. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt kompetent und gut gelaunt. Wir fühlten uns in dieser Atmosphäre sehr wohl. Gegessen haben wir ebenfalls ausgezeichnet – passend zum Hotel, ohne Schnickschnack aber sehr hochwertig und lokal. Leider war der Aufenthalt etwas kurz, aber wir werden wiederkommen!

Pros:

Nicht sehr viel - ausser die Freundlichkeiten des Personals und der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Berge.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr dürftig eingerichtet! Kein Schrank nur ein Regal mit einer Kleiderstange. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, wie wir von 9 Nächten, nicht geeignet. Reinigung des Zimmers nur 2 mal ohne, dass die Betten gemacht wurden noch wurde NIE die Frotteewäsche noch Bettzeug erneuert‼️Service entspricht nicht einem Hotel.

le repas du soir sous forme de Tavolata était très sympa, nous avons d'ailleurs très bien mangé les deux soirs

Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage gefallen, die für eine sehr erholsame Atmosphäre sorgt. Die modernen und sauberen Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch das super Frühstück sowie das sehr gute Nachtessen aus der Küche haben uns überzeugt. Der elektronische Check-in ist vielleicht ein wenig „fancy“ für jedermann, aber wir kannten das System bereits und fanden es sehr praktisch. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir zudem das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gemacht hat.

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Mühsamer Self-Check-In. Wofür die Email-Adresse meines Partners dafür benötigt wird, erschliesst sich mir nicht. Auch speziell die Anmerkung, dass man ohne Anmeldung mit Self-Check-In bei Ankunft keinen Schlüssel haben würde, war jetzt nicht so toll.
Frühstück sehr einfach. Kaffee war gut.

Das Frühstück war top !! Genüge Sachen und sehr gute Sachen waren in Buffet zu Verfügung. Frische Früchte usw.. Wirklich gut.

Cons:

Der Preis des Wasser war total zu teuer.
Wie kann man so viel Geld für eine Wasserkaraffe bieten. Es war den einzige schlachte Punkt .
Sonst waren die Preise in vergleich mit dem Qualität "gut".

Pros:

Great location, very friendly service, dog-friendly, room with a beautiful mountain view, fantastic ski resort, the best place I've ever skied. I plan to go back. If you're looking for a New Year's Eve without fireworks, they're prohibited in Flims.
