Important information:

When traveling with pets, please note that pets up to 10 kg are allowed in the one-bedroom apartments only and extra charge of BGN 25 per stay/night applies. Please note that for the rooms that include a fireplace, logs are provided only at an additional charge. For reservations from 13 April 2023 to 17 April 2023 a Festive Easter Lunch is included in the price on 16 April 2023.

The 3rd March package prices are for three nights, per room and include:
*complimentary coffee and mini bar upon check-in;
*breakfasts at a buffet;
*holiday buffet lunch on 3rd of March and musical entertainment;
*free use of heated pool, Roman steam bath, aroma steam bath, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna and adventure shower;
*Wi-Fi;
*free parking;
*tourist tax, tourist insurance and VATPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Стаите са новореновирани, много приятна атмосфера с камина, имаха всичко нужно за комфортен престой с дете и бебе. Персоналът е много отзивчив, храната в ресторанта беше вкусна.

Cons:

Стаите се отопляват на централно парно, което не се регулира от стаята. Понякога сутрин ни беше хладно.

Cons:

Really disappointed with the attitude of the restaurant staff. We were left without a table for dinner, even though we were with a small child, because they said all tables were reserved. We waited for an hour, and there were still free tables available, yet none were offered to us.
One of the waitresses even suggested that we eat in our room or outside in front of the kids’ area, which is honestly ridiculous. When you’re paying 300–400 euros, being told to eat outside or in your room is simply unacceptable!!!!!!

Pros:

There was a good restaurant and a free parking.

Cons:

We were given a room on the highest floor with no elevator,where to carry your luggage was difficult. The room was overlooking the road and a transmitting cell of mobile services, not pine trees as we expected.

Το δωματιο ηταν μεγαλο και ανετο,
το πρωινο ηταν ικανοποιητικο,τα στρωματα και τα μαξιλαρια πολυ καλα!

το προσωπικο αγελαστο....
η πισινα μια σταλια.....και το σπα εκτος κτιριου......για να πας πρεπει να περπατησεις με το μπουρνουζι μεσα στα χιονια...
ο δρομος μπροστα στο ξενοδοχειο γεματος παγο.....
ζητησαμε 2 εχτρα μαξιλαρια που δεν μας εφεραν ποτε...
