Ein Stückchen Paradies
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hier. Auch wenn wir das kleinste Zimmer gebucht hatten, es hat wirklich ausreichend. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer!!!
Das Frühstück ist richtig gut und das Abendessen auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der krönende Abschluss war der Abend mit Live-Musik in der Tikibar. Die Spareribs dort sind die besten, die wir jemals gegessen haben. Und der Pinã Colada sucht seinesgleichen.

Unbedingt die Early Bird Tour mitmachen. Es ist atemberaubend.

Een uitzicht om niet te vergeten!
Pros:

Wat een top accommodatie zeg! We hadden de bovenste kamer met een prachtig uitzicht. Rustig gelegen met een eigen ingang via het restaurant. Wakker worden van de brulapen, elke avond de ondergaande zon, ruime kamer, heerlijk eten (geweldig a la cart ontbijt) en veel excursie mogelijkheden.

Cons:

De excursies zijn wel wat prijzig. We hebben het zelf geregeld in het dorp. Het is namelijk vrij gemakkelijk om iemand in het dorp aan te spreken voor een boottocht. Als je slecht ter been bent, is het niet echt een accommodatie voor jou. Veel steile trappen naar de zee toe.

Would return !!! If you visit the bar on the dock it’s a long hike down and up! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

Property is beautiful and bungalows are very clean. The French press coffee in your room is a nice touch. Staff is wonderful Food was delicious Howler monkeys every day and hummingbirds are everywhere Property very clean and Juan the manager always available and helpful

Établissement calme en pleine nature vue mer et personnel adorable
Pros:

Quelques chambres individuelles en pleine nature et vue mer. Plage privée sans intérêt mais avec un ponton de départ des bateaux pour les îles. Personnel adorable souriant et serviable . Ils nous ont avancé l’heure habituelle du petit déjeuner pour notre départ à la pêche.

Cons:

La piscine est petite. Il manquerait un petit frigo

Bel hôtel pour un agréable moment à proximité de Boca Chica
Pros:

Très beau bungalow confortable avec une belle vue. Très bon restaurant très agréable. Le chant des oiseaux des singes hurleurs et des colibris sont présents des le matin ce qui est très agréable quand on est en pleine nature

Piscine très petite et plage pas très agréable pour se baigner

Pros:

Beautiful property. Great rooms with balconies overlooking the bay. Dock and Tiki Bar were a big plus. Loved Happy Hour at the Tiki Bar on Saturdays. Manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, die Aussicht vom Restaurant traumhaft. Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal. Ins Meer kann man auch bei Ebbe gut über den Badesteeg einsteigen.

Cons:

Der Monkey Room ist wirklich sehr klein, da muss man schauen, wie man seine Sachen unterbringen kann, und es wird schnell eng und unübersichtlich. Es gab auch nicht wirklich warmes Wasser, weder tagsüber noch am Abend. Es sind über 100 Stufen, die man zum Restaurant hochsteigen muss.

Très bonne situation, le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, superbe ponton privatif, jardin magnifique dans lequel passent tous les matins des singes, écureuils, 'oiseau,, etc
Très bon petit déjeuner et nous conseillons le restaurant. Vue sublime depuis chaque chambre.

Cons:

Dommage que les kayaks soient payants et non mis à disposition surtout dans une zone comme celle-ci nécessitant d'avoir une embarcation pour visiter le bord de mer. Mais c'est vraiment le seul détail, tout le reste était parfait.

The right choice
Pros:

We chose Seagull Cove because it is one of the few resorts in Boca Chica with its own restaurant and private dock. Since there are only four dining options in town and essentially no local taxi service—they have to come from David, making short trips uneconomical—having an on-site restaurant is a necessity unless you have a rental car. The dock is also essential for swimming and water taxi pickups.

The resort is built on a hillside, which is common for all properties in this area. This means there are steps—120 from the dock to the top—but at 65, we found them manageable. We stayed in the Monkey Cabin; while it is smaller than the others, it offers great views, easier access to the water, and better shade and breezes than the units further up the hill with far-off bay views. A golf cart is available to take you from the lower cabins to the restaurant and pool if you prefer to skip the stairs.

The restaurant is rated the best of the four local options on TripAdvisor, and the prices are very reasonable—about half the price of Atlanta or other moderate travel destinations. They provide an included breakfast and will even cook your catch for you after a day of fishing.

The service was exceptional for this price point:
* Paco provided some of the best service we have ever experienced; any request was met almost instantly.
* Daphnie and Marvin were very attentive and professional waiters.
* Michael, the groundskeeper, provided a friendly greeting every morning.
* Juan, the manager, was professional and helpful in ensuring everything ran smoothly, including offering to have breakfast ready early for our fishing trips and departure day.

The rooms (we tried three) all stunk of Mildew. The entire property was in disrepair and appeared abandoned. It was so bad we demanded our money back and left.
