It was relaxing and very enjoyable
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. They are truly the gem of this beautiful place. Marvin, Yary and Avis were really exceptional in their service.

Cons:

Steep incline on property - might be difficult for people with mobility issues to get around.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Le lieu est incroyable (mais très isolé)
Nous avons adoré faire du kayak pour explorer les alentours (à ne pas manquer, surtout que le plan d’eau est très calme)
Nous avons vu beaucoup de singes et d’animaux

Cons:

Il faut savoir que la plage en bas de l’hôtel n’est pas vraiment agréable pour se baigner.

Bueno para familias y parejas

Me qué en dos habitaciones distintas, la primera arriba del restaurante, una vista increíble y muy amplia como para una larga estadía. Tienen el Tiki Bar, el servicio de Marvin fue el mejor súper servicial. Llegué el día de mi cumpleaños y no cerraron la cocina hasta que yo llegara y me cantaron Happy Bdy!

Cons:

Me tuve que cambiar de cuarto, porque la habitación donde estaba tenía reserva la 2da. Noche. La nueva era muy pequeña, tenía balcón pero no tenía techo y llovió. Si eres una persona con problemas de rodillas considera que tienes que subir muchas escaleras. El restaurante no tiene un menú muy variado. Los monos aulladores puede aullar a las 3am.

Pros:

Ubicació molt bonica, servei súper correcte i menjar molt bè.

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones era una cabaña al lado del muelle y era un poco mas senzilla que la otra habitación que teníamos de 3 pax.

Si volvemos a Panamá repetiremos seguro.
Pros:

El trato del personal és excelente. Desde dirección hasta camareros/as y personal de limpieza. Incluso contactamos con ellos y nos pusieron una nevera que no incluía nuestra habitación.
El resort és muy bonito y la comida del restaurante está muy buena.

Cons:

Nosotros viajamos en pareja y teníamos una habitación de 2 camas. Una de matrimónio y otra individual. La cama de matrimónio era muy pequeña para dormir 2 personas y la individual no era muy cómoda y hacia bastante ruido al moverte. Sabemos que disponen de una habitación con cama king size. Pero por desgracia no estaba disponible durante nuestra estancia allí.

Keine 5 Sterne wie angegeben!
Pros:

Der Ausblick war toll. Es gab 5 Brüllaffen auf der Anlage. Person war ausgesprochen bemüht hilfsbereit und freundlich. Am steg wurde man zu den Touren abgeholt.

Cons:

Leider hat uns das Abendessen weniger zugesagt. Beim 2. Abendessen haben wir dann Burger gegessen und die waren sehr gut. Es kommt also darauf an was man wählt.

Das Zimmer war richtig feucht und nichts wurde trocken. Entfeuchter gab es keinen und auch keinen Kühlschrank. Auf Booking.com steht 5 Sterne. Das ist es aber auf keinen Fall. Daher hat es meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Prachtig uitzicht in sfeervol en gastvrij hotel! Aanrader!
Pros:

Een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze kamer en vanuit het restaurant! Het leek wel een schilderij, zo mooi! Heel rustig gelegen, met de brulapen in de tuin. We hebben hier genoten! Heel gastvrij, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie styling, met oog voor details! Aanrader!

Cons:

Bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant, maar met heerlijk schoon en fijn linnengoed.
