Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb in einer Seienstrasse. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Nebengebäude des eigentlichen Hotels.Das Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes kleines Bad.Zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten zum Hafen.
Nachts recht ruhig.
Für uns waren 2 Nächte völlig ok!

Cons:

Es könnte noch mal etwas renoviert werden,auch das Bad lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

Pros:

Девушка встретила приятная. Угостила вкусным кофе. Хорошее местоположение. От моря не далеко. Тихий район. Удобное место есть где попить чай и посидеть почитать книги или еще что то в этом роде.

Cons:

Сырость в номере, нет отопления. Обогреватель включают только когда живут. За окном какой- то подвал, тоже сыростью несет воздух. Это апартаменты на одну ночь максимум две, так как в сырости находится вредно. В принципе кому нужно по бюджетнее то в самый раз апартаменты. Это не хостел и не отель знайте сразу, это просто комната с туалетом и душем.

Маленький уютный номер . За такие деньги отличный вариант в удобной локации . Метель не новая , но все чисто . Приветливый персонал . Есть мини кухня . Мне все понравилось . Спасибо

Cons:

Dirty room, with moldy walls, dirty sheets and bathroom. Small room and was cold like outside when we came in, there was only one small heater in room to heat it up. Found open pack of CONDOM on bathroom sink, so no one from staff even checked the condition of room when we came.

Good location and staff, but discomfortably small room with poor soundproofing. OK for people
Pros:

As more of a "we're just sleeping there" traveler who mainly prioritizes cleanliness, I was generally satisfied with my stay, considering the price.

The location could be the most significant part. You can walk along Kadikoy streets. The place is not far from Chobani Stadyumu Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Spor Kompleksi, and you can do your shopping at Migros, located near the stadium, which was good for me. The staff were very kind to me, and I had the option to pay in dollars as well as Turkish lira. The room was generally clean, including the pool and bedding. The bed comfort level was OK to me. It was also good that there was a moderate kitchen with dishes and a kettle outside the room.

Cons:

The room is smaller than it appears in the photo (personally, I did not expect the beds shown in the pictures to cover around 80% of the room). The noise from the adjacent room was easily audible in my room, which was actually distracting.
