الي اعجبني فيهم باقين على روحهم الطيبة من موظفين وطاقم الرسبشن ومهما يمتلي الفندق راح تلقى لك موقف داخل وحاب اخص الشكر المصري الي في الرسيشن والمدير ماقصرو ابدا

هذا الفندق انا اجيه من 2017 كان ممتاز في ذاك الوقت من ناحية اثاث جديد و نظافة و كويس للعائلات لايوجد فيه الى العوائل فقط كانت اخر زيارة لي فيه في 2019 لكن الان جيت عقب فترة تغير الى الاسواء من ناحية اثاث و النظافة و للعائلات بسبب عملاء الفندق وفي نقطة اخير امام الفندق فية ملهى في الويكند ماتقدر تنام من الازعاج والاغاني

اقامتي بالفندق كانت ليلتين ، الموقع ممتاز والفندق نظيف ومريح وفريق العمل متعاونين واي وقت تتصل عليهم يتجاوبون معك بسرعه.

Cons:

ملاحظة بسيطة جدا ، مواقف السيارات لو لها مدخل مباشر على السكن (الغرف) بمصعد تكمل مميزات الفندق لان حاليا وبتاريخ هذي الرساله ضروري تمر على اللوبي عشان تطلع للغرف بالمصعد، مادري اذا كان هذا الوضع مؤقت او بشكل دائم.

اولا لم يكن مناسب وملائم للعوائل بشكل كامل
توجد روائح مزعجه في الحمامات

طاقم جيد متعاون

اتمنى تجديد الفندق حيث ان الفندق،قديم جدا متهالك والسعر مرتفع،بالنسبة لفندق قديم جدا والاثاث سيء ومتهالك يفظل تغير الاثاث والسجاد وتجديد الحمام ويفظل عند،السكن بالفندق تنظيف الحمام جيدا وارضيات الحمام بالماء والصابون حيث كان هناك شعر بأرضية الحمام وشعر متلاصق بالحائط
