Only come here if you love cigarettes. 🤢
Pros:

The goat 🐐

Cons:

The cigarette smoke. (and I even called ahead of time, spoke to the manager and he promised me that there was no smoking in the hotel!!) when I arrived, and complained about the smell of smoke, he said “what can I do?” and I said you can tell them to “stop smoking!” the vent in the bathroom is connected to all the bathrooms in the hotel so if somebody smokes in the room it comes straight up the vent into your room. Absolutely terrible design, especially if you’re going to allow your guest to smoke cigarettes in the room!
Same problem with the night manager, but he was even worse and he just laughed and ignored me!!! 🤬
BEYOND disappointing :(
He was so rude and unfriendly! He’s like a bad security guard at a nightclub 😒
I would’ve given a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the cigarette smoke. Please stop LYING to your customers!!!!!!

Great stay with great location
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

The hotel was nice, but the stairs ruined it for everyone.
Pros:

We rented this room to stay in Istanbul for a few hours before having to go to the airport to fly back to the US. Come to find out, they had put us on the 5th floor, up a circular staircase..no elevator. It was intense.

I am not going to stay in the same hotel ever
Pros:

Staff were good and cooperative. It was close to the Galata tower.

Cons:

The bed was broken. No toilet paper, floor was dirty. The worst of all, I had to bring 4 suitcases from third floor to the ground floor by myself in those scary staircases. No recommendations from me.

Never coming back
Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

The bathroom had mold, rooms weren’t clean, the rooms weren’t clean, fridge was empty, the checkin staff didn’t even bother take us to our rooms.
