Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel qui est très gentil
Le lieu central

Cons:

L'odeur dans l'hôtel
Forcément proche de la ville donc assez bruyant (à 7h du matin il y a les hauts parleurs avec les infos locales ce qui est normal au vietnam mais c'est bon à savoir)
Pas d'aération dans la salle de bain.

Stay near old quarter

The staff was welcoming and helpful and good with communications after booked. We enjoyed the charm of the old building.
Pros:

Hotel had a lot of old charm. It was a good location for walking around the old town. The stuff were helpful answering questions and provided extra pillows when I asked for with no problem.

Cons:

The carpet is a bit old and dirty looking would be nice to have that replaced and the couch also was a bit stained

Fantastik personal!
Pros:

Personalen var supertrevlig. Kunde bra engelska och alltid hjälpsamma. Vi utökade 2 nätter och bokade även en till natt efter vår loop. Man kan lämna in tvätt för 40K/kg. Levererades samma dag. Städarna gjorde ett otroligt jobb varje dag också. Vi lämnade ganska stökigt någon dag men det ordnade allt ändå.

Cons:

Det var lite fuktigt i rummet då det inte är något fönster att öppna utåt. Lite mögel på badrummet men inget som störde oss. Bra boende för det priset.

Pros:

Location was good not far from all main areas and wasn’t loud from main road either. Clean comfortable hotel and staff were really kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

If I have to pick on something the balcony wasn’t too big but was not a problem for us.

Ubicación buena sitio simple y limpio
Pros:

En pleno centro del Old quarter, se puede caminar a todos lados, eso es lo que más vale la pena. El precio es asequible pero tampoco te dan más de lo que pagas

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, funcional o perfecta para una sola persona, para dos queda justa si pasas más de una o dos noches

Das Personal ist super lieb und extrem Hilfsbereit - ein großes Lob.
Tägliche Reinigung und sehr zentral gelegen

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr eng und für zwei Personen mit Gepäck nicht zum verweilen gedacht.
Es war sehr hellhörig und man hatte das Gefühl die anderen Menschen stehen bei einem mit im Zimmer.
Vom Verkehr war nichts zu hören.

Das Bad war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Wasser ist extrem langsam abgeflossen. So stand zeitweise das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Sehr unangenehm, vorallem wenn zwei Personen hintereinander duschen möchten.

Das Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht. Geschmacksache, und hat es aber gefehlt

Excellent Stay & Beyond Helpful Staff!
I had Great experience at Le Petit Hotel Hanoi! Room 402 was clean and accessible by elevator. The staff is amazing. They provided laundry services, luggage storage while I was on a motorbike trip, and affordable airport transfers.

Special thanks to Mr. Ken for going above and beyond to help fix my phone. He is truly trustworthy. Perfect location and highly recommended!

Phòng hơi khác trên ảnh chút, lễ tân rất chu đáo nhiệt tình, mở máy lạnh trc khi mình đến và đưa cho mình 2 thẻ phòng 1 cái để cắm khi ra ngoài về phòng vẫn mát ko bị nóng khá ấn tượng ạ.
