Ik kon de verantwoordelijke niet bereiken. Bij inchecten ( blj een winkel) konden ze onze namen niet vinden. Locatie eigenaar zei dat hij niet voor de locatie verantwoordelijk is.
Bij het gebiuw staat geen bordje van een hotel, is een appartementsgebouw. Ziet vreemd uit, met gasten in en uitgaan. Uiteindelijk besloten niet naar binnen te gaan. Buren zeggen dat het geen hotel is maar een langverblijf appartement voor vrouwen die in nachtclub werken.
Niemand wilde verantwoordelijk nemen voor de locatie, vragen bleven onbeantwoord.

Awful place, very noisy at night and very busy during the day. It stinks and the host is a greedy scammer.

It wasn’t clean, it didn’t have a blanket bus some kind of plaid without bedsheet. Right under our window there was a karaoke club that was playing very loud music until 4 am and it wasn’t possible to sleep. The place stinks of tobacco smoke because other guests smoked inside the accomodation as well as neighbors, I’m very sensitive to this smell and couldn’t stand it.
I booked this accomodation the day of my arrival. When I found out what was going on there I asked the owner to make a refund at least partial as I had to book other solution. They refused. Considering that the accomodation was available without pre booking it means that I haven’t stoped other guests from booking this place and therefore to loose money for the owner. So I see no reason to refuse me in at least partial refund (I paid for 6 nights).
I was kind when asked, explained why I couldn’t stay there but the host is a greedy scammer. A place to avoid

Room had many problems and when we decided to checkout after one night they ignored us and no refund

good location, very poor noise insulation.
Pros:

location was good, lots of restaurants and close to public transport. Self check in was easy. there's an elevator so getting up with your luggage is convenient. The most spacious room we had on our trip.

Cons:

very bad noise insulation, and we were not aware how late they party for in this particular area 😂. We stayed in another hotel just a couple of streets away and it was very quiet so we didn't expect this when we moved to this hotel. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend booking elsewhere. Also, the water/room heater machine is installed in the room and makes a lot of noise (turning it off solves the problem but then you won't have heating). There's a drawer with some utensils, but like maybe a couple of spoons, a fork, and half a knife (I say half because the blade was detached from the handle). In my opinion, I feel like if the owners want to provide something, they should commit to it fully (perhaps 2 complete sets of utensils?), or not have it at all because this makes it feel rather sloppy. The plates and glasses/mugs were complete though.
