سياسة المكان في الإفطار سيئة، لدي فطور مجاني ولكن اذا أردت ان تاكل في الكبسولة او الغرفة تدفع 7000 تينغ أو 15 دولار فقط لتوصيل إلى الكبسولة أو الغرفة وهذا لم يعجبني أبدا وشي استغلالي ، لابد ان يكون بسعر رمزي . السخان كان يشتغل دقيقتين وبعدها ماء بارد جدا .

Впечатления прекрасные! Вернемся сюда в летний период, чтобы насладитесь временем!
Pros:

Завтрак вкусный и с красивой подачей! Есть несколько сетов на выбор, что является плюсом! Аппетит просыпается от такого вида! Также заказанный кофе латте нам очень понравился!

Cons:

Одеть весь персонал и хоз.работников на улице в униформу с логотипами. Расширить и облагородить детскую зону (добавить немного больше игровых "тренажеров").

كل مره أزور ألماتي سوف آتي الى الفندق

Beautiful Views and Friendly Service A Futuristic Stay with Stunning Scenery
Pros:

The view is amazing. The capsule is futuristic, with a sunroof and a TV projector. The room is clean, and the cat roaming around the place is absolutely adorable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always offering to clean the room (I like most Mr. Ganz). The restaurant food is surprisingly delicious. The breakfast included in the room rate is also very tasty there are only four set options to choose from, but that was completely fine.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my first night was a little challenging. The heater broke down, which needed me to change capsule room during winter. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust, making it hard to shower immediately it took time to reach a comfortable temperature. The location is quite far from downtown Almaty, and booking a taxi via Yandex or InDrive was difficult. Road conditions, especially in winter, are very challenging, and many drivers refused the trip, which forced me to increase the fare just to get a ride accepted. Bottled drinking water was provided, but it was frozen and not drinkable right away (it would have been better if it were stored in a warm place). The minibar is not complimentary. They also refused a late checkout, even though I arrived very late at check-in.
