Good hotel with a big garden and play area. Good parking
Pros:

The hotel is a hidden gem. I was skeptical because I had never stayed before but the hotel did meet my expectations. The daal makhni was amazing! One of the best I've had so far.
We met the manager at our checkin and he was extra careful to make sure our stay throughout was seamless. We asked them and they arranged the whole transport and darshan.
Theyve a big garden and kids play area.

great hotel. courteous staff. must visit.
Pros:

we stayed with family. had a great time. the hotel has some very nice garden facing rooms. yamuna river on one side. its a very nice stay and lovely morning. the staff was courteous and supportive. they arranged the transport for us. deepak was nice from the front office . he arranged vrat food as we wanted.

Cons:

nothing really. all went well. maybe the weather and crowd in vrindavan was a little extra as we went on the weekend. will go on a weekday next time

My stay was quite frustrating. The room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable issues upon arrival. The staff was unresponsive and took a long time to address requests. Facilities were either outdated or not working properly. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s pricing and reputation

Very nice & comfortable stay.
Pros:

Will highly recommend this property. Located near expressway, easy access from the temples. Have a nice garden with small kids play area. Food is nice, services are good, staffs are polite. Thanks to Vishal & Narendra.

La propreté de l'hôtel

Cons:

Aucune facilité n'a été accordée au chauffeur de taxi alors quhabituellement en inde les hôtels prévoient un petit couchage d'appoint pour les taxis. C'est fort regrettable, d'autant que je suis intervenue à la réception et qu'on m'a gentiment indiqué de retourner dans ma chambre, sans m'inquiéter , que cela serait réglé. Rien n'a été fait, le chauffeur a dormi dans le taxi.

The staff and Bharti from housekeeping were brilliant . The f and b staff Sachin was great too .
