The staff were lovely and helpful, the place was clean the son enjoyed having a bath in the room. Although th need was super hard it’s still value for money can’t complain. Location was great too, lots of food places and bars, shops, laundromat, play cafe etc
Was very close to everything. Nice little shops & cafes nearby. The jacuzzi was great. The staff were very accommodating and it wasn't overcrowded and no lengthy wait for lift.
The hot water wasn't great and building a little outdated.
The staff were very friendly, the location was fantastic for what we wanted. The price was great. Bed was a little hard and I do such Wed had the VIP room with the bathtub/larger room on the 4th floor vs the smaller VIP room on the 3rd floor. But all in all great value for money. Pool was good too very small, worn out chairs etc but the children just wanted to be in the pool so didn’t bother them.

Receptionists (Huong Mo day, and Toan night) are awesome. They are very helpful and joyful in receiving and helping guest.
Location is 10 minutes walking from Beach, and opening time is 6:30 AM to 8:00PM. It's a little bit uncomfortable if we want to go to the beach earlier or return hotels late.
