Excelente ubicación. El personal muy atento, todo muy limpio y organizado.

La habitación que me asignaron para nosotros y el perro era muy pequeña, me avisaron a ultima hora que tenían que asignarme la habitación mas sencilla que la que habia reservado y encima me cobraron 49 euros de mas por la mascota, es decir que pague por una habitación sencilla el precio de una mejor ni siquiera lo consideraron sino que tuve que pagar de mas por menos... no lo veo normal.

Nous avons été upgradés pour une suite. Chambre spectaculaire par sa hauteur de plafond. Très grand calme. Petit hôtel très bien placé. Très accueillant pour les chiens.

Good quality, clean , spacious and well located boutique option
Pros:

Super central location. Minutes walk to all the major points of interest. Friendly and helpful staff (thanks to Carmen for restaurant recommendations) and a spacious, clean and well appointed room. Would recommend the eclectic El Cafe de Ana for breakfast. Restaurants Balandro and Cumbres Mayores for authentic Andalusian cuisine.

Cons:

Whilst positioned as deluxe due to its additional terrace, the outside space was disappointing and an opportunity lost. Some imagination could turn this area into a super terrace garden rather than just a blank, poorly maintained area with just sun loungers. In addition, daily complimentary water would have added a nice simple and low cost touch. The pool is tiny but as expected.

Check in war ab 14 Uhr möglich, jedoch war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig, als wir eine Stunde später wieder zurück kamen, war es immer noch nicht fertig, so dass wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Das hätte auch früher gehen können…
