Nismo bili smješteni na lokaciji koju smo rezervirali. Apartman je bio udaljen od hotela u kojemu smo trebali imati doručak. Pisalo je da ima 2 bračna kreveta i dva kauca na rasklapanje, a mi smo imali 2 bracna i jedan kauc koji nije na rasklapanje(kasnije su nam donjeli jedan kauc na rasklapanje, ali jako neudoban)

It you're looking to unwind, this is the place. We barely heard a sound during the night and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff respected our privacy but were available when needed.

The shower had a rainfall head, and i didn't want to get out! Water pressure and temrature were perfect. Towels were fluffy and freshly laundered.
Warm welcome at the front desk made us feel instantly comfortable. They offered maps, restaurant suggestions, and even let us check in early without extra charge. It's the kind of olace where hospitality still matters.

We spent a wonderful few days at this hotel with friends. The rooms are cozy and clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fresh products. The location is perfect: a quiet area, but still close to the city center. We will definitely come back!

Not careful
Located in the old city (with narrow streets like a labyrinth but Google maps helps a lot), very close to main sites, restaurants, metro station, good wi-fi connection, good enough breakfast included, large room with all the facilities in description.
Unfortunately, the man who was at the reception desk when I checked-in was very rude and tried to make me pay in cash (a horrible exchange rate, of course) saying that the POS didn't work. It worked but not contactless, that was the only problem. So, pay attention to those who try to fool you in a way or another. I was given a room on the top floor, no elevator, hotter than you may think but AC worked very well. When I checked out, at 5 am, a man went to the room and again tried to make me pay for....the second TV remote control!!!! Of course, I had only ONE , why should I need two???? I have never had such problems before. On the other hand, in 7 days, nobody cleaned the room or even took the garbage out. Maybe I should have asked to but it's not normal for a 4* hotel. All in all, I kindly advise the manager of the hotel to train the staff of the hotel whose behaviour is much worse than expected.
