Lovely stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Well presented hotel, close to shops and public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including with calling cabs for us, and organising luggage transfer.

Cons:

Vending machine only took specific coins/notes which we didnโ€™t have. No option to buy using card. Not great for midnight snacks
