Pros:

位置方便，房屋布置漂亮，自助入住手續非常方便。

Cons:

要拿行李行一層樓梯，我已有預算，覺得沒問題。但如果其他住客行動不便，要自己衡量。

酒店衛生乾淨，布置舒適，且有自助茶水間。

102單人房的沖涼水力太弱。
104單人房牆身有列縫，間中有很小的小昆蟲走出來。

Pros:

水回りがすごく良かったです。シャワーの水圧が強かったし、温度設定もできました。ジョージタウンの宿を探すと、トイレとお風呂の間に何もないところが多い印象でした。しかし、この宿にはちゃんとガラスの扉があるので、シャワーを浴びてもトイレの床がびちょびちょになりません。

Cons:

良くなかったというか、こうだったらもっと嬉しいポイントを書かせてもらいます。
バスタオルが1枚だけだったので、顔や手をふくための小さいタオルがあると良かったです。

Séjour agréable à Georgetown
Pros:

Une arrivée autonome très bien expliquée, avec vidéo, instructions. Entrée sécurisée, facile à trouver, chambre spacieuse, confortable, propre, sanitaires nickel, douche avec paroi (eau chaude à actionner avec l'interrupteur avant la douche), frigo, sèche cheveux, papier toilette en quantité suffisante, serviettes, gel douche et shampooing, tasses, thé et café à volonté dans la kitchenette ainsi que de l'eau fraîche ou chaude à disposition. Clim efficace.

Hôtes très réactifs sur WhatsApp au moindre souci.

Emplacement idéal au cœur de ce qu'il y a visiter, tout à 15-20 minutes à pied et le bus CAT gratuit à l'arrêt pasar chowrasta à 6 minutes à pied, qui dessert les principaux sites touristiques.

Night market de Kimberley juste à côté pour manger le soir, le terminal de bus Komtar à 5 minutes à pied, à côté de la banque May Bank, la mieux pour retirer du cash sans frais de leur part.

Excellent modern facilities, superbly located. Some minor niggles but I would def stay again.
Pros:

Location is superbly located close to several major supermarkets and malls (Prangin, Gama, Komtar, 1st Avenue), the Lebuh Chulia bar area, the Lebuh Campbell shopping strip and Jalan Chowrasta street markets. The hotel building itself consists of three downstairs shopfronts (at 106,104,102), each of them with four comfortable air conditioned modern rooms (designated Diamond, Crystal, Jade, Gold) located upstairs. One of the rooms does not have an external window. Access to the main entry is via a personal code provided by the apartment via Whatsapp. Airconditioner was effective, bed was soft and comfortable (by Asian standards), instantaneous hot water worked well and the Wifi was fast and reliable.

Cons:

I had a few minor niggles about the stay. Firstly, the room I stayed in (Jade) had large gaps where the roof and wall joined (I have attached a picture with the gaps circled in red) that allowed in hot air and mosquitos. A simple fix with sealant but bothersome. Second, the windows to the outside are covered with non functional vintage shutters. These are charming but unfortunately they allow in a lot of light (both external and from the hallway, both day and night). Some kind of interior drapes or blinds would fix this and help with the noise as well. Housekeeping was a bit cumbersome and had to be requested either via a Whatsapp chat or by intercepting housekeeping (if they happened to be there). The stairs are extremely steep and there is no handrail so if you have mobility issues this would be a show stopper. My last point is neutral - overall the noise level for the location was exceptional. However the downstairs of 102 converts to a late night bar randomly and the room window overlooks this courtyard. Even with earplugs in the noise level was enough to wake me up about 3 nights out of 21.

Pros:

The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing in George Town. You can get Grabs to see places further away. The communication for check-in is good and clear. The room is a good size with access to tea and coffee. We have stayed here several times and would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

Sometimes the front door log in does not register the pin numbers to open the door, it can take multiple attempts before finally opening the door..
