Verschrikkelijk
Pros:

De locatie, in de buurt van paar restaurants en Starbucks etc.

Cons:

Communicatie is erg slecht. Ik heb een bericht gestuurd maar na 8 maanden nog geen antwoord. Komen veel mensen die erg luidruchtig zijn om 02:00 s’nachts. Dit zijn een aantal nachten gebeurd , op verschillende dagen en verschillende mensen. Dan moet je vervolgens naar beneden omdat degene achter de receptie buiten zit. Dus als je belt word er niet opgenomen. S’ochtends als je denkt ik neem een kop koffie, dan in de kopjes zie je gewoon circles van de oude koffie. Deze worden niet goed schoon gemaakt. Vervolgens is ons iets beloofd , maar na bijna 3 maanden. Is wat ons is beloofd nog steeds niet werkelijkheid geworden. En krijgen wij maar te horen , “ ja ze zijn er mee bezig “ . ALS wij überhaupt een antwoord krijgen , wanneer wij een bericht sturen. Mijn advies. Blijf niet hier overnachten , als je rust , goede communicatie, en prettig verblijf wilt hebben.

Goede locatie maar geen optimale service
Pros:

kamer was ruim
locatie is prima
zwembad niet gebruikt maar zag er wel netjes uit

Cons:

ontvangst was niet vriendelijk - we kwamen eerder aan dan weet je dat je moet wachten maar geen drankje werd aangeboden
ontbijt de volgende dag - er leek wel een slagveld geweest- alles was op en we moesten zelf vragen op aanvulling
volgende dag was dat wel beter
ook lag het hotel aan een drukke weg

Convenient to whoosh station
Pros:

Garbage room was outside my room, smell was coming into my room, water flow had issues, basin sink in toilet was not running, strong sewage smell in kitchen sink

Surprising stay
Pros:

Surprised with the room size; there was a complete living room with a balcony with views over Jakarta city, staff was very friendly and the complimentary continental breakfast was great with its many choices. The location was also very strategic as it was within walking distance to Cikoko LRT station and many restaurants.

Cons:

Felt that we were given a spare room. The main door lock looked like it had been broken into and the toilet needed better maintenance

2 weeks of excellent service
Pros:

Breakfast is consistently excellent. Facilities are of a good standard. Rooms are nice, well laid-out and always clean enough. Staff are at worst helpful and at best very helpful. Laundry is a bit of a pain, but that's probably partially my fault: I gave it to them too late and assumed that it would come to my room (if you do laundry there, it might be at reception). Overall, a hidden gem in Jakarta Selatan that I've been to twice, and hasn't been bad either time.

Cons:

The exercise bike in the gym is falling apart a bit, and I'd be reluctant to get into the pools (they often have leaves in). Otherwise, no complaints at all.
