Convenient to whoosh station
Pros:

Garbage room was outside my room, smell was coming into my room, water flow had issues, basin sink in toilet was not running, strong sewage smell in kitchen sink

Surprising stay
Pros:

Surprised with the room size; there was a complete living room with a balcony with views over Jakarta city, staff was very friendly and the complimentary continental breakfast was great with its many choices. The location was also very strategic as it was within walking distance to Cikoko LRT station and many restaurants.

Cons:

Felt that we were given a spare room. The main door lock looked like it had been broken into and the toilet needed better maintenance

2 weeks of excellent service
Pros:

Breakfast is consistently excellent. Facilities are of a good standard. Rooms are nice, well laid-out and always clean enough. Staff are at worst helpful and at best very helpful. Laundry is a bit of a pain, but that's probably partially my fault: I gave it to them too late and assumed that it would come to my room (if you do laundry there, it might be at reception). Overall, a hidden gem in Jakarta Selatan that I've been to twice, and hasn't been bad either time.

Cons:

The exercise bike in the gym is falling apart a bit, and I'd be reluctant to get into the pools (they often have leaves in). Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Nice...and comfortable.
Pros:

i like the staff services. they are in good smile.

Cons:

not sound proof....i can hear clearly room beside while they are talking.
breakfast same everyday, if i stay for 1 week, i will have the same breakfast for 7 days.
