Pros:

Restaurant food was very good . Staff behaviour was also very nice

Cons:

Third occupancy didn't get bed, though in the view room ,it was showing one double bed & one single bed however in reality it was standard double bed room,they gave one extra mattress very thin quality for the third occupancy. This was not expected from Hotel Star

Good location, cheap and offers good perks for price.
Pros:

Breakfast was included, and the hotel was consistent with cleaning services. The front desk was helpful when needed, and the location was convenient. A little far from other tourist areas like Golconda Fort and Charminar.

Cons:

Nothing much, food could've been a little better, but it was decent.

Pros:

Worst parking. Got my car bumper damaged.
No one responds. Except house keeping remaining staff is horrible

The smart but basic features, excellent service always, nice adoption if technology and cosy room

Cons:

The shower curtain, should be a glass cabinet instead.

They gave me a room # 107 near their dorm room - Too noisy throughout the night while the staffs were changing their shifts over! Very Bad!
