Relax totale e gentilezza, siamo stati molto bene.

Ehrliche Worte!
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns das Abendprogramm mit der Sängerin während des Abendessens gefallen, die Musik hat für eine sehr schöne und besondere Atmosphäre gesorgt. Auch der Außenbereich war optisch wunderschön gestaltet und sehr stimmungsvoll.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv fand ich außerdem die glutenfreie Auswahl, sodass auch darauf Rücksicht genommen wurde.

Wir können das Restaurant definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Natürlich gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ganz überzeugt haben.

Im Zimmer hat man kein Internet! Trotz WLAN, das funktioniert nicht!

Die Umgebung rund um das Hotel war leider teilweise sehr schmutzig und vermüllt. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, dennoch hat es den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt.

Sehr enttäuschend fanden wir allerdings die Regelung im Pool, dass nur mit Badekappe geschwommen werden darf. Gerade für unsere beiden kleinen Kinder war das sehr schade, da sie sich sehr auf das Schwimmen gefreut hatten und entsprechend enttäuscht waren.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Die Auswahl war für unseren Geschmack wenig abwechslungsreich, da es jeden Tag weitgehend das Gleiche gab. Zudem waren die Brote teilweise sehr hart und auch die Präsentation des Obstes hätte ansprechender sein können.

Unser Zimmer empfanden wir für vier Personen, zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder, als deutlich zu beengt. Für eine Familie dieser Größe war der Platz unserer Meinung nach nicht ausreichend. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich wahrnehmen konnte.

Insgesamt gab es also einige Punkte, bei denen wir uns mehr Komfort und Qualität gewünscht hätten. Dennoch möchten wir betonen, dass unser Aufenthalt auch schöne Momente hatte und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Unsere Kritik ist daher als konstruktives Feedback gemeint.

Pros:

Struttura molto tranquilla. Immersa nel verde della proprietà. Dotata di molti confort ad ogni ora. Ampio parcheggio, piscina accessibile tutto il giorno tranne ad ora di pranzo. Staff sempre attento ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite e la camera ha rispettato le aspettative. Colazione buona. Posizione comoda per raggiungere la fascia destra della zona (Rodi garganico, Peschici).

Cons:

L’unica pecca della colazione sono stati i dolci che molto spesso erano secchi e risultavano senza sapore.
