I would do it again, based on the budget.
Pros:

It's a great value for the price. They do their best. The room is clean and the Continental breakfast is decent for the price and value.

Not the greatest place to stay in Grandforks
Pros:

The big tv and large fridge in your room

Cons:

My room stunk like bleach the entire time, couldn’t breath properly and sleep because of this strong odour. I addressed problems with management and they did nothing to correct

The staff was very nice but the stay was very disappointing.
Pros:

Skipped breakfast. Location not bad

Cons:

Hall and room smelled of paint. The air conditioner has a space above it that you can see outside. There was no coffee maker, drink glasses, phone or chair. The hallway door opened against our room door. In the morning the smell of tar was very strong. The WiFi was very poor.

It was a decent room for an affordable price so we really couldn’t complain.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. The room was ok and I feel like we got what we paid for.

Cons:

Breakfast could had some form of protein but I understand it was not an expensive room. The pastries and muffins were good.
