It should be cleaned
Pros:

The air conditioning works, the hot water is available, and there's soap, but it's incredibly dirty. It hasn't been cleaned, and there's a lot of mold. The sheets and pillows haven't been changed for a long time. My body itched, and I couldn't sleep well. It would be a good hotel if it were cleaner.
