Die Lage der Unterkunft bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den See. Wir durften unser Zimmer früher beziehen. Alles war äußerst sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und die Verpflegung lecker. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft als Zwischenstop unf würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wollten mal Unterkunft außerhalb Como erproben. Nächstes Mal doch wieder Como.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant mit Seeblick gut. Personal freundlich. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage

Cons:

Überrascht waren wir, dass der Weg zum See hinunter und wieder hinauf zusammen doch fast eine Stunde in Anspruch genommen hat und mit einem deutlichen Höhenunterschied verbunden ist.

Goede stop op weg terug, mooi uitzicht en goed eten & drinken
Pros:

Mooie locatie, met goed restaurant, goede douche, prima ontbijt en aardige mensen in de bediening.

Cons:

De kamer is wat klein en de (centraal geregelde) airco maar net of niet niet afdoende. Dat was voor onze erg warme nacht niet toereikend. Een flesje water / waterkoker op de kamer zou standaard moeten zijn.

Oké als tussenstop.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Lekker restaurant. Het ontbijt was prima maar erg beperkt. Como op een paar minuten rijden.

Cons:

Weinig te doen, boven op de berg met smalle weggetjes. Met kinderen niet te doen om te lopen. Het was erg warm en de airco was zelf niet te bedienen. Veel geluid van het restaurant.

Un bel posto, da rivedere con un clima più mite!
Pros:

L'albergo è collocato in una posizione veramente spettacolare, lo staff è stato gentilissimo, e il ristorante (vero cuore della struttura) è molto panoramico. Cena ottima, colazione di buon livello

Cons:

Siamo capitati in giorni davvero caldissimi, e purtroppo le camere sono posizionate sopra la cucina e il forno della pizzeria. E' vero che c'è aria condizionata, ma fa fatica a mantenere un clima piacevole (il pavimento della camera la mattina presto era tiepido!!).. sicuramente al di fuori della canicola di metà agosto non ci sarebbero questi problemi..
Il rapporto qualità prezzo sia della camera sia (soprattutto) della cena non ci è sembrato eccezionale, ma noi venivamo dalla Francia, dove mediamente abbiamo trovato belle accomodations a prezzi molto più bassi, e questo pesa nel giudizio finale

Bereits der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf den See aus dem Restaurant ist atemberaubend. Das Restaurant selbst ist erstklassig. Wir haben , gegen unsere sonstigen Prinzipien an 8 von10 Tagen im Hotel zu Abend gegessen.
Das Personal ist authentisch freundlich , eher sehr freundlich. Die ganze Familie hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück ist lecker , könnte allerdings etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Cons:

Kein hoteleigener Parkplatz. Aber etwa 50 Meter unterhalb des Hotels gab es ausreichend kostenfreie Plätze. Wir hatten zu keiner Zeit ein Problem damit.

Bon Logement simplement revoir la clim.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable et le petit déjeuner avec une belle vue sur le lac.

Cons:

Que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Nous avons eu chaud.

Pros:

Mooie locatie en een verzorgd hotel .

Cons:

Onthaal: correct maar de ontvangst was wat afstandelijk en had warmer gemogen.
Airco: jammer dat deze niet zelf ingesteld kon worden. Op verzoek bij de receptie werd deze wel aangepast.
