Pros:

Everyone - owner Jigme, Operations manager Joel, receptionists, waiters and other staff - was very efficient, polite and helpful. They give personal attention to each guest and fulfil any reasonable demand beyond usual expectation. I have not come across such a staff anywhere in the world.
