Workers pub, not for tourists.
Pros:

The staff upgraded us to an ensuite room at no extra charge which was great. Staff friendly. Ice cold AC, fridge, kettle,tv & comfortable bed.

Cons:

Price of our room was usually $170/nt. for an ensuite room. So overpriced for accomodation in a workers pub with nothing around, not even a shop.

Bar was OK...food was average

Cons:

The room was dirty, cobwebs on the window, no screens, mattress poor quality and the bed linen was very old and worn, floor was dirty mud everywhere, fridge was dirty, aircon was dirty. It was not clear that the toilet/shower would be outside... The toilet ceiling was falling down... It was very disappointing ....misleading description of a accomadation. We have stayed in 8 booking.com accomadations in the last 2 weeks, and it did match booking.com 7.8 rating😒

For the time of year I went it was acceptable
Pros:

The meals at the pub are sensational.

Cons:

The shower didn’t require the need for cold water. The rooms are very basic and it had a small fridge.
I’m not sure if you could survive sleeping there in summer let alone winter as the rooms had no fan/ac or heating

Eat here but don't stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the pub had character

Cons:

Stains in pillow cases. Noise from adjoining rooms. Milk rancid. Water frozen in fridge. Very basic accomodation.
