Pros:

清潔感があり、ドライヤーなどの設備も良いものが揃っており、快適でした！
スタッフの方も皆さま親切で、今回子連れ旅でしたが、それを考慮した対応をしてくださいました。
中途半端な時間が余ってどうしようかと話していたらLINEでオススメのカフェを教えてくださり、タイミング良すぎてびっくりでした😊
ホテルの雰囲気や高岡の「あお」にちなんだカードなどの印刷物、1階のカフェ…全部がおしゃれ！
町の人とのふれあいも含め、とても良い旅行になりました。

Super friendly people and great location.
Pros:

Location was close to the local train station and had tram and bus services nearby. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area; you could tell they were really passionate about their town. A decent sized room and comfortable beds.

Pros:

・（実際には利用していないが）提携店のクーポンがあること

Cons:

・冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の飲み物がそのまま置いてあったところ
・チェックインの説明に15分程度取られたこと。他のホテルとの差別化を図るという点では良いかもしれないが、遠方から来たほうからすると早く休みたい、そこまで求めないので早く終わってほしかった。
・部屋や布団が暑くて夜中寝づらかったこと。チェックアウトの際に床暖房のスイッチを見つけた。それならチェックインの際に説明すべき。
・書店を改装していて気密性が全くなく、車や路面電車の音がうるさかった。

好きなブルーを選ぶと、お勧めの観光地を教えていただき、伏木駅近辺を散策しました。
高岡駅付近とは景色が全然違うので、楽しめました。

めっちゃ楽しかったです！
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がめちゃくちゃ良く、とても印象的です。チェックインの際から丁寧にご案内していただき、雑談にも付き合ってくれて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
「町ごとホテル」として高岡の町を120%楽しめる仕組みで、もっともっとこの町が好きになりました。
