El hotel se encuentra ubicado en pleno centro de Santiago, en la Plaza Baquedano (conocida popularmente como Plaza Italia), a 600 metros del cerro Santa Lucía, 800 metros del funicular del Cerro San Cristóbal, 1300 metros de la Plaza de Armas y la Catedral, 2000 metros del Palacio de La Moneda, a 20 minutos del Sky Costanera (metro L1), a 30 minutos del Movistar Arena (metro L1 y L2) y del Estadio Nacional (metro L5 y L6) y a 19 kilómetros del aeropuerto (20 minutos en auto y 1 hora en transporte público combinando metro L1 y bus Centropuerto).
La habitación tenía cama cómoda, baño moderno y completo, buen wifi. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, es en el 8º piso, con lindas vistas de la ciudad.
El personal, tanto de la recepción como del desayuno, fue muy amable y en todo momento predispuesto para el trabajo, incluso asesorándome en cuestiones turísticas y de compras. En un radio de 200 metros hay numerosos restaurantes, pizzerías y cafeterías, incluido un McDonald's y un Subway.
Me moví por la zona tarde por la noche, incluso días de semana y siempre había lugares abiertos y mucha gente caminando o en bicicleta, también presencia de Carabineros.

Se podrian incrmentar más opciones en el desayuno.

Cons:

Eché de menos la posibilidad de prepararme mi propia cena, se que no era el caso de este hotel pero me pareció necesario indicarlo. El otro punto es que no cuenta con lavandería
