Akpınar Marin Hotel

Location is very good if you come to Cesme by ferry. The hotel is near the port, you can walk less than 10 minutes from port to hotel, don't need to hire a taxi and save 200TL to get there, but if you have a lot of luggage then would be a different story. Hotel owner is very friendly but be aware that they only speak very limited English. The room is small but very clean with a comfy bed, air-condition is good also has a small fridge, breakfast is basic but good enough, more than the coffee and toast. Across the street is Carrefour supermarket so it is another plus for this hotel. Also this hotel is walking distance to the castle/Museum.

We had a pleasant experience at this hotel.
The property is clean, modern, well-furnished, fairly functional, and in an excellent location, very close to the center of Cesme, with parking right next to the hotel.

LOCATION
Just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and the seafront, in a quiet area, away from the chaos, with easy parking. From here, it’s easy to reach the beaches of Cesme and the surrounding area.

ROOM
Clean, fresh, with a comfortable little balcony. We booked a standard room; the room itself was not very large but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and adequately equipped. The shower was spacious. A small downside: there was no proper sealing or glass panel for the shower, so water spilled out and wet the bathroom floor.
However, the staff always took care of drying it when we left the hotel and provided us with extra towels.
Unfortunately, the fridge was not working, but again the staff was very helpful and allowed us to use the one on the ground floor. Still, it was a bit inconvenient not to have a working one in the room.

STAFF
Very kind and helpful, it was a pleasure to chat with them, and they supported us from the beginning.

BREAKFAST
Good breakfast, fresh products, and the staff was always very attentive and helpful.

We'll be back for sure!
