Great stay at Courtyard San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf!
We had a wonderful stay at this Courtyard by Marriott. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf, so it's easy to get to the main sights. The room was spacious, with a roomy bathroom to match. The beds were large and comfortable with lovely linens, and having three different pillows to choose from was a thoughtful touch that made for a great night's sleep.
A special thank you to Josephine at the front desk, who was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome.

It was close to amenities. Fisherman’s wharf. The bed was comfortable. The TV.
No stair access to rooms could only get to your rooms via lift. This was not good for me personally as I don’t really like lifts. Breakfast was you pick one drink and one meal off the menu rather than a buffet style and the food was not the best.
I also booked with breakfast included however once I got the invoice through after leaving they had charge we over $100 for breakfast. On two separate occasions I rang the hotel to advise and was told they would sent a new invoice and credit my account however both times this did not happen. It was not until I made a complaint that this issue got resolved.
Also don’t forget the city tax charge. $20

Great location! Parking was super easy with valet but we self-parked in the lot next door an saved about $20 per night 9the valet uses this parking lot anyway).
Pretty typical for the area but a little noisy - didn't keep us up at night or wake us in the morning so it was super manageable!
Great walkable distance to Pier 39/Fisherman wharf. Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was great. Check in and out was easy.
Only thing I didn't like was the toilet in the bathroom. Too short. It's a little harder for tall people to bend to sit on it.

I like the fact that it was close to In-N-Out cioppino’s and a lot of different restaurants. Some coffee shops are around the corner. It was a good location all in all good
