Great Place Great City Wrong Room Reservation 2 Expensive
Pros:

Great location great staff and clean facilities close to all areas if you want to be tourist

Cons:

I reserved a king room/bed and was given a double queen and I didn’t check in til past 3am so a bit over a day of the two and charged nearly 1,000$ I feel was too expensive

Pros:

I loved the size of the space. Marriots always have a great standard and expectation with the rooms and I felt that was matched.

Cons:

the staff that was on when i arrived treated me poorly. I called repeated time confirming my reservation, repeated times they denied me having one. When i arrived i showed them the email confirmation, they still denied my reservation. When I was ready to leave they ran to my car and told me "oh we mixed up your name, it happens in the booking sometimes" - I was already stressed having to leave an airbnb and then for 40 minutes was disregarded. The staff even said "this happens often with 3rd party bookings" - so then WHY NOT CHECK IT BACKWARDS IF IT HAPPENS OFTEN. It felt like i was seen and deemed not worth their time so I was turned away.

Pros:

Right bed & can walk anywhere along fisherman's wharf. We didn't need our car.

Cons:

The coffee wasn't complementary. To purchase food is ok.

Awesome stay!
Pros:

The location is near to the spots where I want to spend my time with, the room is really spacious and consists all the amenities I am expecting. Breakfast was not the one I expected but still not bad.

Cons:

I love the place and the staff.

The location is excellent. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. Easy walking to many of the things we wanted to see and lots of good dining options.

Cons:

The bathroom needed some updates. 2nd floor closed for renovations so maybe others will follow.

Great Hotel in an awesome location.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in an excellent location to visit nearby attractions such as Ghirardelli Square, and Pier 39. If you need a rental car there are a few companies located next to the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great!
