I like the fact that it was close to In-N-Out cioppino’s and a lot of different restaurants. Some coffee shops are around the corner. It was a good location all in all good

Petty, but the pillows were hard, not enough water pressure.
size of room, staff at arrival (Sara) super friendly and helpful, rest were ok but nothing special. Location is very good, if you want to be in the area.
We had to leave half-day earlier and they took this off from our charge which was super kind
Room coud use a refurbishment, bathroom is partly renovated and in good condition overall. We found hair in the bathroom in both our rooms when we arrived, the following days there was no other incident. There was significant noise from the street on Saturday evening but it was quiet the following days.

The property is located next to a public car park. On both nights we were awoken by drunk loud people around 3am seeing whose car can make the loudest noise. We also heard them say how many people can we wake up tonight, all intentional. The hotel needs to look at this.

And very nice spacious room, grand sized TV, refrigerator, etc. Also, my room was close to the elevators, which was helpful to an older person like me.
I would like to have had the shower include a hand held sprayer rather than just the old standard shower head, but overall the room was great.
Newly remodeled, great location, parking garage next door, affordable, lower fees than nearby hotels. I was able to purchase parking from the garage next door in advance at a reduced rate, parked my own car and saved money that way.
Room not serviced, only 1 regular coffee and 1 sugar pack was provided so we didn’t have any coffee in our room the 2nd morning. We could’ve asked for some but opted to buy coffee from their à la cart breakfast. Breakfast was an added fee, but that’s ok if it reduces the cost of the room.
