Perfect hotel stay for 1 night trip to Siniawan
Cons:

Not really a specific hotel issue, but we had to pay "Tourist Tax" (small charge of 10RM) which I think is unfair as we live permanently here and under Sarawak My Malaysia 2nd Home (S-MM2H).

Perfect location for visiting Siniawan for an evening. Comfortable, clean rooms

Cons:

I was woken up at 7am by front desk messaging me to remind me what time checkout is. There’s no reason to do that. Check-in process is also painfully slow, especially considering we’d already booked online

A wonderful weekend trip
Pros:

It’s strategically located next to the Siniawan night market, the main attraction.

Cons:

No refrigerator. Had to buy ice from nearby shop to chill our drinks 😩

Great value hotel. Had a fun evening in Siniawan for Food Festival
Pros:

Very clean hotel and staff were very friendly. Located well for visits to Fairy Cave and Semenggoh Wildlife Rehab Centre.
