New to town. A lot shop and mall nearby

Cons:

For price RM140++, room are too small, feel like budget hotel which i can get for RM50 RM60 per night. No mini bar, but in room checklist got. No kattle, only provide water dispenser at corridor. No iron also in the room. Iron provide at corridor to old and dirty. For price RM140, I can get much more better room.
