Дуже все занедбано, старе. В номері Ваня до сигаретами. Меблі, диван потаскані часом. Зайшли у номер та відмовились жити в цьому готелі. ЦЕ ЖАХ

За ту цену, что есть на данный момент за люкс 2500 грн довольно приемлемо, больше платить за номер я бы не стал

Хорошая удобная кровать, относительно тихо, практически все есть в номере

Cons:

Расположение хорошее, но дорога к отелю темная без фонарей и без ориентиров тяжело было найти правильную дорогу. При бронировании указал, что важен вид из окна, выделили номер на 4 этаже, по факту заселения номер был на 2. Для меня вид из окна был важен, сравнивать не могу но на втором этаже вид был неплох, но на 4 лучше) меня уведомили что номер может сменится но об смене номера я узнал по факту въезда. Телевизор без смарт тв и почему то ночью вода была холоднее, чем вечером, в некоторых местах в номере отклеены чуть обои, треснута плитка в ванной, трещина в раковине но это все мелочи

Досить тихо, не дивлячись на те що це в центрі міста. Привітний персонал. В номері тепло (якщо врахувати постійні відключення світла та опалення в Києві).
